Your unsigned document and a valid, current government-issued photo ID. Some documents require additional witnesses beyond the notary, we'll let you know in advance if yours does.

If you're a current Estate Planning Consulting or CARE Concierge client, yes, we can notarize documents from your attorney or elsewhere as part of that engagement. We're not currently offering notarization as a standalone, walk-in service outside those engagements.

No, all signings happen in our office. We don't currently offer mobile or travel notary services.

No, that crosses into legal advice, which we're not licensed to give. Our role is to verify your identity and witness the signing, not to advise on the document's content. For that, we can point you toward a licensed attorney.
